Before, I have share a lot about sedentary lifestyle. Now, I would like to ask all of you who read this post to live healthily. So, what can we do to have a healthy life?
First, it is all started with our eating habit. People nowadays tend to eat everything that comes to their mind without even thinking about the amount of fat, calories and vitamins contain in the food. This is so wrong, as we need to eat healthily in order to maintain our health. Food is the most important thing that we forget to take care of. Whatever we eat, it is all in our blood and vein. That is why we need to eat healthily and care for whatever we take to fulfill our hunger.
Next, to live healthily we need to spend at least 10 minutes per day exercising. It is not necessarily you have to go to a park and jog for 10 minutes. You can also practice this during your office hour, or at your home as it is so simple. Using staircase instead of elevator is the most effective way. This is because when you take the staircase to your office or your house, your body will works and you will produce sweat instead of using elevator that you will not make your body moves even a little.
So, as I said, it is so simple to live healthily. Let us all live a healthy life to have a long life :)
